Nicole Donn has been in mortgage banking since 1983 and has an excellent reputation as the most honest, hard-working, knowledgeable, creative and caring loan officer in the area.  She loves what she does and always puts herself into her client’s shoes recommending what is best to help improve their financial position, whether it is buying their first home, a vacation or investment property or refinancing to consolidate debt, make property improvements, pay education expenses, or to lower payments and have more disposable income.  Nicole has been named Affiliate of the Year by the West Contra Costa Association of Realtors and is on the board of the El Sobrante Chamber of Commerce. Nicole makes sure that her clients understand the loan process by explaining it in easy to understand terms, in either English or Spanish.
