Beverly Wallace was born and raised in Richmond, attended local schools, including Contra Costa College and San Francisco State. In 1997, Beverly Wallace was elected to the West Contra Costa Healthcare District Board of Directors and will continue to serve until December 31, 2018. She continues to serve on many committees to improve the quality of life for the citizens in West County. Beverly is the current Secretary for the El Sobrante Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
