Reach O.U.T. Mode Foundation

Sparkle Davis founded the Reach O.U.T. Mode Foundation in honor of her daughter, Oshiana Unique Thompkins, who was killed by gun violence.  Oshiana wanted to help people, especially the young people of her community.  Sparkle is carrying on her legacy.
